SAG Awards 2017
Here are my favourite 15 looks from the SAG Awards 2017. Yes, I was able to make a summary of only 15, but it seriously became hard to pick my top 5 but I finally decided. Bellow you´ll find the list and short description of why they are between the top 15. Let me know if there´s another look you liked!
14- Sofia Vergara in Zuhair Murad - Now that Sofia is trying new shapes, she needs to be included, but still, I would have love a floor length.
13- Sophia Bush in Marchesa - A strong hot pink is always a good idea.
12- Julia Louis-Dreyfus in Lela Rose - Looking appropriate in a simple black gown with a detailed gold embroidery.
11- Brie Larson in Jason Wu - Less is more.
10- Amy Adams in Brandon Maxwell - In one of the hottest designers of the moment, well-known for creating simple but "safe" gowns.9- Michelle Dockery in Elie Saab - I appreciate when people allow themselves to wear something unconventional, and stripes are not something wee see everyday.
8- Gina Rodriguez in Patricia Bonaldi - Prints? All over the dress? Why not?
7- Kirnsten Dunst in Dior - We recently saw Bella Hadid and Chiara Ferragni wearing Dior gowns with a corset as this one... Trend alert?
6- Emma Stone in Alexander McQueen - She was one of the most awaited of the night, and she surely make an impact. Lace, flowers and velvet!
5- Kaley Cuoco in Marchesa - Pastel colors are super trendy right now, but what I like the most about this gown is the mermaid style.
4- Emily Blunt in Roberto Cavalli - Never have I thought I would like a Cavalli this much! I love the embroidery and the colors used, nude is a total hit.
3- Salma Hayek in Gucci - I love Gucci, but I picked her for the color. Yellow is beautiful color not many people wear but, after today, I will give it an opportunity.
2- Kate Hudson in Dior - This is a fantastic original dress. It has a cape, it´s made with tulle and paillettes, and what´s more, it has a decorative realistic flower detail. Let´s not forget about that dark lipstick.
1- Taraji P. Henson in Reem Acra - And my favourite is... The most princess worthy gown.
